HOW TO SET A SCREEN SAVER ON DESKTOP IN WINDOWS

Go to settings
click on personalization
next click on lock screen
then click on screen saver setting
select the type of screen saver you want
if you select 3d text enter the custom text you want on the box and then click on OK
You can also click on PREVIEW to see how the screen saver appears
finally click on OK and then APPLY

ALTERNATIVELY,
right click on any free space on your desktop
Go to PERSONALIZE and click on it
Next click on LOCK SCREEN
Scroll down to SCREEN SAVER settings and click on it
then select the type of screen saver you want click on OK and finally apply
